I really liked being so close to the beach. our villa had direct access! the staff were also really helpful. They offered a free shuttle to the pier when we left. the air conditioning worked perfectly and the water pressure in the shower was good!

The hotel provided a free transfer from the pier. The accommodation offers transportation to Haad Rin for a fee. The rooms were very clean. We had a room facing the seawith an excellent view.
The room had limited space for placing personal items and the decor looked dated. The electrical sockets were too large causing plugs to loosen.

I liked that my bungalow was very close to the beach. The provided terrace included a table for eating plus sun loungers. Laundry services were also available.
My bungalow smelled of damp. Also the pillows felt old. Many cushions smelled bad to me.

The hotel provided free transfer to the ferry. This was acceptable.
The pillows were way too hard, not comfortable at all. the flatscreen tv only had thai channels. This was disappointing, as most guests are not from thailand. i also had to ask for the wifi code. This should have been provided automatically.

the resort had a really beautiful garden, and each bungalow felt private. the staff were very kind when i needed help, i was able to check in early. the swimming pool was large and the food options at the restaurant had much variety.
The water pressure was low in my room. It could be a better experience. the hotel should improve water pressure
